About the Village
Our village offers 38 independent living units, arranged in buildings of four villas – two upstairs and two downstairs – with ramp access to most. Many villas boast stunning views of the Derwent River.
Each villa features an open-plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and comes fully equipped with floor coverings, curtains or blinds, heating, oven, refrigerator, and an emergency call system for peace of mind.
Residents also enjoy the convenience of a communal laundry on site, all within a welcoming and supportive environment.
