We invest in ongoing training and development to enable our staff to provide the best possible support for all our residents and clients, after all, they are the ones we are working for.
Thank you, Guilford Young Grove, for your continued support especially Hannah the Leisure & Lifestyle Officer for all the activities you provide to us.

I have been in Ainslie for 14 months. I am receiving excellent care. The staff are helpful, pleasant, and friendly to both myself and my wife. The nursing staff are fantastic when I am unwell. The facility is clean and has magnificent views and is pleasant to live in. If you have to be in a nursing home situation, in my opinion this is the best.

I find Southern Cross Care to be supportive of their staff and provide excellent care to the residents.

I find the staff to be fabulous, I have no complaints with anyone. I do not need to ask for much but if I do the staff are always happy to help me.
Staff have tried hard during the challenging Covid times we have just been through.

There is a climate of open communication amongst all. I like living at the Rivulet where there is a room of equal opportunities, and mutual respect amongst staff and residents.

Southern Cross Care is very open and responsive to resident’s requests, and they always aim to satisfy those requests. They are very open to suggestions from residents like day trip locations.

Montessori caring is a system of education aimed at people living with dementia, who seek to develop natural interest and activities in the same manner and behavior as they used to prior to cognitive decline. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful that I have been part of this caring unit in Memory Support. Our residents can partake in any activities like jigsaw puzzles, quiz, singing etc. as their preference with supervision or support is required. It is beautiful to see.
