Rotary Sail Day.

Southern Cross Care is a very proud sponsor of the Rotary Club of Hobart. The Rotary Charity Sail Day is an annual event that raises funds for the organisation to support their local, national and international service projects. This year, the event raised over $40,000 as a result of the generosity of participating businesses, sponsors and attendees on the day.  The Rotary Club of Hobart supports our local community, particularly disadvantaged young Tasmanians, the elderly and the homeless.

This year Southern Cross Care has gifted a number of team members a place on the Southern Cross Care Sail Day yacht, as part of the organisation’s rewards and recognition program. These team members were hand selected by their managers in recognition of their hard work.

Cathryn Kerr, Executive Manager Estate Development, kindly lent and skippered the Southern Cross Care Yacht for the day.
