About the Villas
Guilford Young Grove Retirement Village comprised of 38 independent living units housed within buildings of 4 villas –two upstairs and two downstairs, with ramp access to most villas. Many of the villas have stunning views of the Derwent River. Villas have an open plan lounge/dining, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. All units are fully equipped with floor coverings, curtains and/or blinds, heating, oven, refrigerator and emergency call system.
There is a communal laundry and Aged Care Facility on site.
