Janine Harper – Interim Chief People and Transformation Officer

Janine’s experience spans a range of sectors, leading business transformations and change through people and reimagined business operations.  Recognised for her leadership by example and delivering results, Janine draws upon her curiosity and problem solving to drive change and continuous improvement in business settings and teams – irrespective of size and nature. From new start-ups, acquisitional activities to mature business models needing a refresh, Janine has extensive business experience, loves to be challenged and working with people to find new, sustainable ways of working and delivering growth.

Janine has previously held senior management positions with Monash College, OES, Open Universities Australia and CPA Australia.  She holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Queensland, Certificate of Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, Honours Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development.
