Caroline Wells – Deputy Chair

Caroline is an authentic and values driven leader with extensive experience in senior and executive leadership roles in the healthcare sector including CEO, private hospital executive and national advisory roles. Caroline is now working as an Executive and Leadership Coach and Board Director. She is the Deputy Chair, Royal Flying Doctor Service Tasmania and is a member of the Premier’s Health and Wellbeing Advisory Council.

Caroline brings strong business development, clinical and corporate governance skills and stakeholder management, across all sectors, including with State and Federal governments. This is supported with her MBA qualifications, AICD Graduate Diploma and Level 1 Certification and Accreditation in Organisational Coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Caroline is passionate about making a difference and ensuring that Southern Cross Care deliver an aged care experience that is inclusive, outcome focussed and caring.
