Alayne is the Deputy Director Strategic Recruitment and Payroll Systems with the Department for Education, Children and Young People. With a distinguished five-year tenure as State President of the Australian HR Institute, she brings a wealth of knowledge in human resources.
Awarded the Australian HR Institute Medal for Services to the HR profession, her career is built on a foundation of workforce planning, leadership, and organisational and cultural development. Alayne is passionate about helping others succeed, and her contributions to the Board are invaluable to all employees at Southern Cross Care Tasmania.
