Reporting to the Executive Manager, Home & Community Services – The Operations Manager, Service Delivery is responsible to oversee roster co-ordination and administration services to ensure exceptional consumer service through leadership and role modeling is achieved. Facility Manager
This role will need to provide effective leadership of the care delivery team.  You will ensure the efficient use of physical, financial, and human resources to achieve the highest standard of service delivery. As well as ensure all available resources are effectively utilised to provide care to the organisations expected standards. You will also ensure a high level of consumer satisfaction.

Maintenance Officer
Reporting to the Assets and Property Manager, the Maintenance Officer is to carry out a range of general maintenance and light construction activities under the direction of the Facility Manager and the Assets and Property Manager

Business Analyst – Finance
This is a newly created position and will require a bit of creativity and agility to take the role in the right direction. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Business Analyst will assist with the development of budgets and monitoring of financial performance. While the role is part of the Finance team, the Business Analyst will work with other business units to support them in achieving budget outcomes and identifying improvements in resource management.

Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and qualified Registered Nurse for this role who will need to have demonstrated sound clinical skills, be consumer-focused, and be able to lead the team after hours. Volunteering

Volunteering is a great way to make a difference in the lives of others and to meet new people and make new friends. Southern Cross Care has a strong contingent of volunteers and we always welcome more.

Any amount of time you can give is welcomed and of value in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and clients.

A wide variety of skills are needed including driving, arts and crafts, music, gardening, assisting with activities and many more.

Special requirements for employees and Volunteers

Please note that it is a requirement of the Aged Care Act that all employees have a National Police Certificate that is no more than three years old. There are some serious offences that, if you have been convicted for one of these it may preclude you from employment or volunteering.

You will not be able to commence employment or volunteering until a suitable National Police Certificate is received. Southern Cross Care is happy to provide assistance in obtaining a National Police Certificate for our volunteers.

It is also a requirement that all employees and volunteers supply proof of their current flu vaccination prior to commencing with Southern Cross Care.
